📦 Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be included.
  • Only non-customized, non-sale, and non-clearance items are eligible for return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Customized or printed team kits (name/logo/number)
  • Discounted or clearance products
  • Innerwear and undergarments (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Products that have been used or washed

💰 Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will initiate a refund based on your original payment method.

Refund Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash/Easypaisa)
  • Online Payment: Refund will be credited to the same account/card used during purchase

Refund Processing Time

  • Inspection & approval: 2–3 working days
  • Transfer of funds: 3–5 working days (after approval)

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

🔁 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., for a different size or color), please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Exchange is subject to stock availability and the product being returned in its original condition.

📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  1. Notify us via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  3. We will offer you a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the case

🚚 Return Shipping Instructions

  • Customers are responsible for shipping items back to our warehouse.
  • In case of damaged, incorrect, or faulty products, we will reimburse the return shipping cost.
  • Please use a reliable courier and share the tracking number with our support team.
